Best 8 Reason's to Become a Freelancer.

Whenever I watch Michelle Phan on YouTube, I'm laughing at my ass off. I'm also admiring my ass off; Michelle makes up to a cool $3 million annually from her YouTube career alone (and she's part of other adventures, too). In an interview she says, "Honestly, what I have the most fun with, I just hang out with my buddies and I go online and I talk to my followers and I have real conversations with them." And then make a ton of money. Lucky girl!

Unfortunately, it isn't as easy as quitting your job on Friday and booting up your PC or Mac the following Monday. There are various things you need to have in place, steps to take and research to do before you throw away your old career in Favour of a new, dynamic lifestyle sitting coding websites, developing apps or even writing articles like this in your local café coffee day.

We may not all be cut out for YouTube success, but there are differing ways to become your own boss: authors, business owners, freelance designers, consultants, and bloggers are just a few more career paths that allow for the luxury of self-employment. "Bfffft," you may be thinking. "There's no way I can leave my office job for that!" Actually, you can, if you really, really want to — and you have the sort of aggressive drive needed for success. Here's how you can ban the phrase "OK, boss" from your Dictionary.
Many people consider self-employment at some stage in their lives. Being your own boss, enjoying the financial rewards and job satisfaction sounds very appealing. But it's a big leap, so it’s important to think carefully is it Great to be a Self-Employed..??

Here’s The 8 Reasons Being Self-Employed is Better than an Employee.

1. You Earn More Money
There’s no reason you can’t pull in just as much (or more!) money now than you did when you were traditionally employed. They’re also allowed to deduct certain business expenses that employees are not, allowing to actually keep more of what they earn.
On average, Self-Employed earn 40% more than those who are traditionally employed.

2. Be Your Own Boss
When you’re self-employed, you no longer have a “higher-up” governing your every move.
How you get from point A to point B is completely up to you and that is awesome.
Did you know this one was coming, didn't you? It’s the one that we all dreamed about when we realized self-employment was a Great option being your own boss. Escaping the rat race and living life as we pleased. Remember that?

3. You Spend Less
If you perform your professional duties from a home office, it’s most likely been a very, very long time. (And, Yes one more thing, no waiting in line for the bathroom for your morning shower doesn't count that..?). When was the last time you were stuck in traffic on your way to work?  Think of all the money on gas you've been saving.

4. Your work space is absolutely yours
Regulations for decorating (by saying some official protocols!) are a thing of the past. You can decorate your work space with your heart’s content and framed photos of your friends and family. So put up that poster you found online, get in the habit of watering your indoor plants, and finally grab that ergonomically correct chair! Want dual monitors instead of one? Go ahead. Or prefer a standing desk? Knock yourself out. The more the merrier!

5. A Sick Day? A-Okay!
My friend Ankit has been self-employed for so long that he was taken aback when, upon a recent visit to the hospital, he was asked if he needed a note excusing his absence.
I guess if I were employed in the traditional corporate world, I’d be forced to ask, ‘Please boss can I take my daughter to the neurosurgeon? No..?’ Seriously? Seriously?
A day we don’t work is a day without pay, but at least we can take that day off without having to beg for our boss’ forgiveness. Or feel the demeaning of having to prove how ill we were by providing a doctor’s prescription. Or fill out the Freaking number of meaningless forms.

6. No Co-worker Drama
Do your co-workers became your friends and are likely still a part of your life in that capacity? Ohm Really.?? But do you really, honestly, miss your co-workers? Even the one who listened to Shakira’s music all the time? What about the guy who just loved to talk (loudly) on his cell during his breaks…right next to you? or what about the mighty human being who shirked all of their duties on you?

7. Uniforms Not Required
Are you sick off with your office’s Uniform? Or you like to wear that boring ugly shirt’s?
Being self-employed is a bit like being Salman Khan: No Jacket Required.
Also, no tie required. No polyester t-shirt. No multiple-toned logo-batched cap.
Unless you’re getting with a client in personal or via video chat — you can wear (or not wear) whatever makes you pleased. It might be a cliché to Self-Employment in the buff, but it’s obviously an option.

8. Become More Valued
As a Self-Employed, you’re no longer part of the beehive; you’ll be a highly-valued individual. More importantly, you get to decide what that value is, through a well potential work.
You’ll get credit for your own work. And, through your online marketing efforts, you've even started to earn some name recognition, not just among your Official circle, but from complete strangers as well.
